Corvela Structure
Corvela tablets:

Corvela Indications
Chronic stable angina
Corvela may be prescribed with:

Corvela Dosage
Initiate Corvela dosing at 500 mg twice daily and increase to maximum recommended dose of 1000 mg twice daily, as needed,
based on clinical symptoms.
Take Corvela with or without meals. Swallow Corvela tablets whole; do not crush, break, or chew.
If a dose of Corvela is missed, take the prescribed dose at the next scheduled time; do not double the next dose.
Dose adjustments may be needed when ranolazine is taken in combination with certain other drugs. Limit the maximum dose of
Corvela to 500 mg twice daily in patients on diltiazem, verapamil, and other moderate CYP3A inhibitors. Down-titrate
Corvela based on clinical response in patients concomitantly treated with cyclosporine.
Corvela Contraindications
- Clinically significant hepatic impairment;
- Patients taking inducers of CYP3A;
- Patients taking strong inhibitors of CYP3A;
